Vegetable Base(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed beef broth
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole dish, place butter, onions, green pepper and carrots.
    Cover with lid.
    Microwave on High 6 minutes or until vegetables and tender-crisp, stirring once during cooking.
    Stir in broth and water.
    Cover; microwave on High 6 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking.
    Use to make Pasta Soup and Cheese Potato Bake.
