Cheddar Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium-low heat in medium saucepan.
    Stir in flour, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thickened and bubbly.
    Reduce heat; stir in mustard and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
