Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Heat oil; add onion and cook 2 minutes.
    Add ground beef and garlic and cook 5 minutes.
    Add kidney beans, tomatoes and chili powder.
    Simmer on very low heat 1 hour.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder.
