"Chewy" Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine (not whipped margarine)
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    4 eggs (medium)
    1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cocoa in large bowl. Add melted margarine. Add eggs one at a time; stir in after each egg. (Do not beat with mixer.) Add flour, vanilla and nuts. Bake in jelly roll pan (approximately 11 x 13 x 1-inch) for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0. (Shake pan while brownies are baking to make them fall. This makes them chewy.) Top with marshmallow cream while hot, then make a chocolate confectioners icing to spread on top.
