Corn Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    4 whole saltines, broken
    1 can cream-style corn
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In small casserole, beat egg.
    Add all ingredients and stir to blend.
    Microwave 5 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Cook just until set. Remove from oven; let rest a few minutes before serving.
