Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Add milk and dry ingredients to egg mixture.
    Beat 3 minutes.
    Add 1 can poppy seed filling and 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Put into greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and empty onto cake plate.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Serves 16.
