Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Blend soup, milk and pepper.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover; bake 15 minutes more.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    You may double recipe and use a 9 x 13-inch dish for larger crowd.
