Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) lite tuna in water
    4 oz. Egg Beaters
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1 can lite cream of mushroom soup
    1 can evaporated skim milk
    1 small can green peas
Preparation
    Mix tuna, Egg Beaters, onion, pepper, parsley, salt and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Shape by 1/2 cupful into patties.
    Roll in 1 cup bread crumbs and brown in hot oil, then turn heat down and put a lid on until done.
    Mix soup, evaporated milk and peas.
    Heat until hot.
    Place tuna patties on prepared noodles and cover with mushroom sauce.
