Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Canadian bacon, chopped
    2 c. milk, scalded
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onion in a large soup kettle.
    Add water just to cover and bring to a boil.
    Simmer until potatoes are just tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
    Heat through and serve at once.
    Serves 4. Preparation Time:
    1 hour.
