Gramma'S Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish
    2/3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut fish in 2-inch squares.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    (Soak fish in salt water first.)
    Mix batter and coat fish.
    Fry in deep oil for 12 minutes.
