Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. light cream
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. bacon
lingonberry jelly
Preparation

Combine the eggs and light cream and beat.
Sift in flour, sugar and salt.
Let stand for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Fry bacon.
Pour the batter onto a greased skillet. Add a strip of bacon in the middle immediately.
When cooked, serve topped with sugar or lingonberry jelly.
Roll up and enjoy.
