Cocoa Krispies Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine or butter
6 c. Cocoa Krispies cereal
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows (about 40) or 4 c. mini marshmallows

Preparation

Melt margarine or butter in large saucepan over low heat.
Add marshmallows; stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat. Add Cocoa Krispies cereal; stir until well coated.
Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cut into squares when cool.
Makes 24 (2 x 2-inch) squares.
