Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Prepare popcorn; pour into a large buttered bowl.
    Heat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly.
    Continue cooking 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until mixture is foamy.
    Pour over corn; stir until coated.
    Divide into two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Cool and store in a canister.
