Ingredients

1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. whiskey or brandy
14 oz. round Brie cheese (5-inch diameter)
apple wedges, grapes and crackers
lemon juice
Preparation

In small bowl, stir together the sugar, nuts and whiskey or brandy.
Place cheese on ovenproof platter or 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 500\u00b0 for 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly softened. Sprinkle top of cheese with sugar mixture.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer, until sugar is melted and cheese is heated through.
Brush apple with lemon juice.
Serve with apples, grapes and crackers.
