Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    broccoli, onions and mushrooms
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix rice, 1/2 cheese and 1 egg; pat into pie pan, sprayed. Layer favorite vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Mix eggs and milk; pour over vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 3 servings.
    Each serving counts 1 bread, 2 1/3 protein and 10 optional calories.
