Beef And Mushrooms Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut finger size pieces
    2 (6 or 8 oz.) cans mushrooms, sliced or whole
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can beef broth (10 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. sliced peppers (green, red or yellow)
Preparation
    Saute beef, about 3 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and broth and peppers; simmer until tender.
    Combine soy sauce with cornstarch. Blend until smooth and thickened.
    Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
    Pork may be used; use beef broth.
    Chicken or turkey; use chicken broth.
