1/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Stir the lemon juice into the cottage cheese, mixing well. Add the buttermilk and the mayonnaise; beat for 1 minute at medium speed with mixer.
This dip is excellent with raw vegetables, and it is a delicious low calorie topping for baked potatoes.
