Momma'S Mustard Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pork chops (4 pieces)
    1 bottle mustard
    corn oil
    flour
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
Preparation
    Wash chops thoroughly.
    Pat dry with paper towel. Spread mustard over chops (both sides). Sprinkle garlic over each chop. Dip in flour until well coated.
    Place in frying pan over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
