Summer Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 c basil chopped
1 Tbsp chopped mint
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 c olive oil
1 lb Rotini Pasta cooked
1/2 c freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 lb Fontina cheese finely diced
Preparation

This dish can be served warm or cold. To serve warm add all ingredients while pasta is still hot and serve.
To serve cold, rinse pasta in cool water, drain add other ingredients and chill. Serves 8 to 10.
