Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    7 c. Gold Medal flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, shortening, salt and milk together and bring to a boil.
    Let cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add to mixture.
    Add flour gradually.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise until double in size.
    Turn dough onto floured board and knead well.
    Divide and place in greased pans.
    Cover and let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 small loaves.
