Meat-Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 small onions, sliced very thin
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. water
    3 thinly sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Melt Crisco in skillet.
    Cut steak into small cubes and flour; now add to Crisco in skillet and brown.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Put into a casserole and sprinkle with the 3 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and some garlic salt. Pour the 2 cups water over this.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and place potatoes on top. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
    Turn oven to 450\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes.
