Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, drained
2 c. Minute rice (measure before cooking)
2 c. water (for cooking rice)
1 large onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup (use 1/2 can water)
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
pinch of salt
Preparation

Melt butter and simmer chopped onion while cooking broccoli in microwave.
Cook rice as directed.
Drain broccoli.
Mix all ingredients and pour into large casserole dish.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
