Rice Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted oleo
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 1/2 c. rice (not instant)
    1 can French onion soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and stir thoroughly.
    Bake for 15 more minutes.
    Serve with round steak, or if you choose, serve the steak in the casserole.
