Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. creamed corn
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
1 small sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together; pour into glass dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Check with knife; if moist, not drippy, take out of oven.
If too moist, bake for 10 more minutes.
