Great Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 small can green chiles, chopped (mild)
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    4 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Add chicken, olives, chiles and 1/2 can enchilada sauce.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Roll mixture up in tortillas.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with sour cream and more sliced olives.
