*Turta - A Macedonian Shortbread(Traditionally Baked On March 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour (plus a little more until it doesn't stick to hands)
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Add the butter, margarine, oil, eggs and milk and mix well.
    Knead for 10 minutes. Form into 2 rounds.
    Press dough with palms of hands to flatten to approximately 1 1/2-inches.
    Score the top crisscross.
    Place dough on a floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Cool on rack.
