Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    3/4 c. raw long grain rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 c. diced onions
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil; add ground chuck and brown well.
    Add tomatoes, juice, rice, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove tops and seed from peppers; parboil 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Stuff peppers with rice mixture.
    Place in greased baking dish; add small amount of water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
