Steak Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless top loin steaks (1/4 lb. each)
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. basil (fresh), chopped (or mint)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 c. thoroughly washed and drained spinach leaves, steamed
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Broil 5 to 6-inches from heat unit for 5 minutes on each side.
    Saute garlic, remove from heat and add rest of ingredients.
    Put over steak.
