Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or oil
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and eggs; beat hard until light.
Add bananas.
Stir in flour until mixture is smooth.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes until done.
Cool on rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
