Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured round pans or a 9 x 13-inch prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 45 minutes, depending on the size pan used, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove and cool.
