Orange Creamsicle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. milk (skim okay)
    cut up mandarin orange slices (to add, if desired)
Preparation
    Remove Cool Whip from freezer to thaw.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add juice as is.
    Add pineapple.
    In another bowl, mix pudding and milk.
    Add to Jell-O mixture.
    Add Cool Whip. Stir until well blended.
    Refrigerate as a Jell-O mold.
