Deep Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower, cut up
    boiling water
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1 beaten egg
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Parboil cut up cauliflower in boiling water; let cool.
    Flour cauliflower in bag with a small amount of flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Dip in beaten egg and then flour.
    Fry in deep oil until brown.
