Mushroom Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 cans low sodium cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked
    1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
    1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in 1 teaspoon of canola.
    Add ground turkey and cook.
    Place turkey and mushrooms in a large strainer.
    Wash with hot water to drain off excess fat or oil.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients with mushrooms and turkey.
    Put in a large casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
