3/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco all vegetable shortening or 3/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco stick
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup (6 oz. package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecan pieces (optional)
Preparation

Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies.
