Ingredients

2 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 large onion, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. fennel (not required)
Preparation

Scramble and brown sausage.
Drain.
Melt cheese in double boiler.
Saute onion and green pepper.
Drain.
Add sausage, green pepper and onion to cheese.
Spread on party rye bread.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
This makes enough for 2 loaves of bread.
