Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 medium head broccoli or 1 box frozen
2 c. milk
2 c. (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. half and half
Preparation

Place broccoli in water and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; let sit 20 minutes.
Put milk, cheese and flour in blender and blend up.
Mix with broccoli and water.
Add half and half.
Cook on medium heat until hot and thick.
