Broccoli And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 Tsp. melted margarine
Pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook rice and season as directed on package.
Add soups to rice.
Do not dilute soup.
Stir until well mixed.
Add the raw, thawed broccoli.
Stir well.
Place in buttered baking dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Do not cover.
Makes 6-8 servings.
