Moon Rocks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    6 oz. can frozen orange juice
    1 c. ground pecans
    1 lb. shredded coconut, divided into 2 equal portions
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 lb. crushed vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of the coconut and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining coconut.
