Mock Crab Cakes(Or How To Use More Zucchini) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Preparation

Combine and mix all of the ingredients.
Form into 3-inch patties, 1/2-inch thick.
Saute in oil until nicely browned.
