Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper chunks
2 Tbsp. cucumbers, peeled and seeded
3/4 c. tomato juice
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 garlic clove (optional)
3/4 tsp. salt to taste
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. Snef-Aromat
1 tsp. powder mustard
1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
Preparation

Mix two parts to 1 part vinegar and oil, 1 tablespoon water, 2/3 cup safflower oil, 1/3 cup vinegar.
