Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) beef brisket
    1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    onion salt, garlic salt and celery salt to taste
    1/2 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket in roasting pan.
    Pour liquid smoke over, coating sides.
    Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic salt and celery salt.
    Chill, covered, overnight.
    Pour barbecue sauce over brisket.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
