Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm
    1/2 c. shortening, melted and cooled to lukewarm
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. salt
    flour (enough to make a smooth dough)
Preparation
    Combine yeast and water. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients, except the flour. Add yeast mixture. Mix and add flour a little at a time by stirring until it gets too stiff. Then knead by hand until you have a soft smooth dough. Put in a greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk. Knead down and form roll into desired size rolls. Place on greased baking sheets. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until rolls are golden brown.
