Polynesian Shrimp Grilled Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

shrimp (about 3 to 4 oz. per person)
1 fresh pineapple
2 fresh seeded papayas
2 fresh green bell peppers
1 medium white onion
black, toasted sesame seed (for garnish)
large green banana leaves or ti leaves or other green leaves
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
carrots and cucumbers, sliced thinly
bean threads, cooked in chicken broth and seasoned to taste
Preparation

Peel and cut up pineapple in large chunks.
Seed and cut up green peppers in large chunks.
Peel and cut up onion into large chunks.
Take half of this mixture and mix coarsely in food processor or blender.
Set aside.
