Mexican Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 can Milnot
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 stick real butter
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Toast pecans (250\u00b0 for 20 minutes). Mix sugar, Milnot, syrup, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 3 minutes. Add vanilla and cool. Beat until creamy. Add nuts and pour into a buttered pan.
    Cool. Cut into small pieces.
