Ritzy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (17 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can (16 oz.) French style green beans, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    35 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Combine corn, green beans, soup, sour cream, salt, onion, green pepper and celery in a bowl; mix well.
    Spray a 9 x 13 inch microwave-safe casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
    Pour in vegetable mixture.
    Mix margarine and cracker crumbs together in bowl.
    Sprinkle over vegetables.
    Microwave on high for 9 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.
    You can also bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
