Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Cream
with mixer.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add apples with 2 tablespoons of buttermilk.
Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0.
