Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. roast
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
    8 strips bacon
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with seasoning.
    Top with bacon and onions. Wrap in tin foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Put water in bottom of pan.
