Grated Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1/2 c. cut up green pepper
    1 small onion, quartered
    4 medium potatoes, pared and cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Put all ingredients into blender container in order listed; cover and run on speed 6 (or high) just until all potatoes go through the blades (do not overblend).
    Pour into casserole and bake for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
