Candied Fruit Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk or soured milk
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. dates, cut up
    1 c. candied cherries, cut up
    1 c. candied pineapple, cut up
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oleo, eggs and milk.
    Stir in flour sifted with soda.
    Add nuts and fruit.
    Mix well. Chill dough 1 hour.
    Drop by spoonful on baking sheet.
    Bake about 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
