Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 c. milk
    10 oz. Swiss cheese, cut up in pieces
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut up in pieces
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    large bread cubes
Preparation
    Melt margarine in fondue pot.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Add milk gradually while stirring over medium heat.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and cheese.
    Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
    When cheese is melted, add Worcestershire sauce and onion flakes.
    Mix well.
    Dip large bread cubes, ham cubes, fresh broccoli, cauliflower or whatever you'd like that is dipable.
